Small businesses have been hit hard during this pandemic, with most of them changing how they operate drastically. This means that many of them have lost money to market themselves, at least in the same way they did before the pandemic.
That is why we’ve reached out to a digital marketing agency, Navamargh, and more specifically, its co-founder, Barsha KC, about how the business is doing and what the pandemic has done to it.
What is Navamargh?
Navamargh Digital Marketing Agency is a devoted web agency based in Toronto, Ontario. We specialize in assisting small and medium-size organizations, building long-lasting relationships where the client is always first. We aim to help our client base in all aspects of digital marketing; this includes SEO, social media management, email marketing, and PPC, among other services that we provide to our clients.
Our project is constantly to provide first-class products and services to our customers. We create long-lasting relationships with our customers that, in return, provide success.
What is kind of clients do you have?
We have a wide range of clients under our banner. While we will not name our clients due to our confidentiality, we do have businesses across many industries and even across the country.
We mainly provide our business towards the GTA, but we also service Pickering, Ottawa, Mississauga, and even Montreal. We are honoured to have such a broad client base regarding industry and location and hope to expand that even further.
How has your business been affected by covid-19?
Every business was affected by the lockdowns caused by COVID-19 and small companies like us were indeed not an exception. We had to really adjust what we were doing as many of our clients had to also lockdown at least a portion of their business.
This naturally led to a fair amount of their revenue being cut, so that had to cut costs, and for a fair amount of our clients, that meant not using our services. Since March of 2020, we have had to build back our client base, and we were fortunate enough to have some of our clients return since businesses have been able to operate in a more normal way.
What are your hopes for the future?
Obviously, the first thing we want is to build back up our client base and luckily, we have been relatively successful in doing that, adding both old and new clients to our base.
Part of getting back to pre-pandemic levels will involve getting back to a normal or a new normal, as many people seem to be calling it, involving getting outside of this pandemic.
As I mentioned previously, we also want to expand the industries we serve. Ideally, we would like to help businesses in every province, but we understand that is a massive undertaking and that getting to that level and size will take time.
