Brixmor Property Group Appoints Juliann Bowerman To Board Of Directors


NEW YORKFeb. 26, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — Brixmor Property Group Inc. (NYSE: BRX) (“Brixmor” or the “Company”) announced today the appointment of Juliann M. (“Julie”) Bowerman, Chief Global Digital, Consumer and Customer Experience Officer of Kellogg Company, to the Company’s board of directors.

Prior to joining Kellogg Company in 2019, Ms. Bowerman served as the Senior Vice President, Digital Engagement and eCommerce at The Hain Celestial Group, Inc., a leading organic and natural products company, where she focused on the company’s overall digital strategy and vision.   Prior to joining The Hain Celestial Group in 2017, she spent over 20 years at The Coca-Cola Company, serving in various roles, including, most recently as Global Vice President, eCommerce, Shopper Marketing and Digital from 2015 to 2017, and as the Vice President and General Manager, eCommerce, North America from 2013-2015.
