TORONTO, Aug. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Quisitive, a full-service digital technology consulting firm that empowers enterprise customers to embrace the cloud and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT) and Blockchain, today announced it has named Stephanie Ratza as chief financial officer (CFO), effective immediately. A seasoned executive serving public and private technology companies, Ms. Ratza specializes in helping businesses achieve sustainable growth organically, as well as through consolidation by acquisitions. In her new role with Quisitive, Ms. Ratza will oversee M&A Strategy and corporate services. She also played a significant part in helping Quisitive navigate its public listing on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV: QUIS).
“As cloud adoption continues to increase, more and more enterprise companies are embracing emerging technologies like AI, IoT and blockchain. Because of this, there is significant market opportunity for consultancies like Quisitive to help solve complex business problems,” said Mike Reinhart, CEO and co-founder of Quisitive. “What sets us apart is our alliance with Microsoft, which enables us to scale in lockstep with its Azure offering. Our business vision and long-term goal is to pursue an accelerated acquisition approach to extend the footprint of our Microsoft partnership, as we move quickly to consolidate Microsoft partners in North America. With her deep expertise and proven performance in informed financial decision-making, Stephanie will be an invaluable asset to our organization and a welcome addition to our dynamic team as we look to become the Microsoft Partner of the Future.”
Prior to joining Quisitive, Ratza held executive positions with The Descartes Systems Group, Open Text Corporation, MKS Inc., and IPICO Inc., and worked for private companies such as BlueCat Networks Inc., Resolver Inc., and Kiite Inc. She also currently sits on the board of directors for Good Life Network Inc. and Centre of Excellence in Next Generation Networks (CENGN). In her spare time, Ratza volunteers as the chair of the Audit & Compliance Committee of the Laurier Board of Governors and Resource Planning and Utilization Committee with St. Mary’s General Hospital. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, and has obtained both certified public accountant (CPA) CA (Ontario) and corporate directorship (ICD.D) designations.
“I couldn’t think of a better time than now to join the Quisitive team, as they work toward becoming the premier Microsoft provider and Partner of the Future,” said Stephanie Ratza, newly-appointed CFO of Quisitive. “As someone who has spent my career entrenched in the financial inner workings of various private and public growth technology companies, it truly excites me to know we’ll be helping guide enterprise customers through cloud adoption and the application of new and emerging technologies. We’re not just creating a culture of trust, transparency, and efficiency; we’re helping them achieve longevity and realize sustainable, scalable business impact that translates to a tangible competitive business advantage.”
