Adnan Feroz manages to run multiple businesses under one roof. After ten years of strategizing, his business consultancy boasts of a vibrant office in the prominent Pickering Town Center. His firm has a distinctive style of working on adding value and exceeding clients’ expectations.
How is your business making use of technology during these times of pandemic?
I feel that the real estate industry is lagging in terms of technology. With the use of multiple industry-leading software such as Infusionsoft, DocuSign, ClickFunnels, we are trying to revolutionize how we run our entire business. We have reinvented how we used to do open houses and showings using a new, untapped concept called “virtual open houses” with social distancing. We do this by marketing them on MLS for 2 hours on any weekend where we go live from the property to show them around and answer all queries by viewers.
Your business model and the biggest challenge you faced so far?
Hire the right team and provide the best training. Leverage people to get tasks done. Face one problem at a time rather than solving the entire puzzle. We are re-creating a system to optimize ourselves to prepare for the post COVID era. Hence we have hired the best coaching firm, “Tom Ferry International.” We are always working on improving our systems and ensuring the constant availability of technology and a well-coached team.
We have so much knowledge to share with our viewers, but one of our significant challenges is streamlining our content in a proper format. The second problem is making sure it reaches the right audiences. We use our marketing firm Waa’iz Up Inc which helps us optimize our content and maximize our reach.
In which area does your firm usually practice, and what sets you apart from other realtors?
Our clientele comprises people specializing in small to mid-size businesses, mostly investors. My expertise is in strategizing high-return investment products. With our construction consultancy, we help people source property to maximize potential by renovating or redeveloping it.
Wealthful Mind Group comprises the real estate business, which brings in investors with potential and funds. Our construction consultancy determines how to maximize the potential of the property. Then our accounting firm “The Accounting Doc” determines budget, costs & feasibility. Finally, our marketing firm “Waa’iz Up” promotes the property to have maximum exposure.
Through this comprehensive process, we take our clients to cover all essential aspects of investment to get them the best possible return. “Wealthful” is a term that I coined to show that the most valuable asset is your mind, and the right training would result in a Wealthful Mind. Our motto and mission are not only to sell but also to educate.
What architectural design philosophy do you implement to maximize returns for your clients?
Our architect is also our Co-founder and a Director of “Acquisition Design-Build,” our construction consultancy. His philosophy is to create modern designs, keeping the history, core values, and heritage intact. We bring culture, tradition, and the ambiance of the neighborhood into our designs.
Do you stay involved during construction?
Yes, we have a construction administration process. Our architects monitor and make sure that the design is following its protocols. Our engineers are at the site to inspect and ensure that everything is up to date. Our businesses work hand in hand with each other with one goal in mind; to give the best potential solutions and protect clients interests. Our business’s nature comes in alignment under one roof and makes the process seamless to facilitate our clientele in achieving its goals.
You have an International best-selling book published by the name “Beyond Riches with income properties,” emphasizing the 90/90 Strategy. Can you state the idea behind it? Any words of wisdom to real estate aspirants?
“Beyond Riches with Income Properties” focuses on acquiring knowledge on how to add value to the property and sell them for a lot more value. I formulated the concept of adding the value of $90,000 in 90 days. I struggle when I see people investing in a financial product without in-depth knowledge about it.
This is why I raise awareness on understanding investing from a mindset perspective to fundamental principles in the book and offer a solid solution to investing in real estate.
I strongly suggest specializing and create a niche for your business with your unique proposition for all prospective real estate agents.
Real estate entrepreneurship is ever-evolving, and competitors in the market are following all pandemic protocols. Competitors in the real estate industry tend to have their policies, procedures, and a well-coached team to produce favorable outcomes. Adnan Feroz has set a distinguished benchmark by bringing in new and revolutionary concepts to the industry.
