How has COVID19 affected your business?
Massively! although we have been busy with COVID related pitches (Its still possible to get media coverage if you have one that is sincere and COVID-19 related.) Right now we’re trying to pivot into giving PR advice through our new venture PR911.biz – essentially an ask me anything hour of Zoom call for SME’s to ask PR questions and maximize their in-house communications in an affordable way.
How are your teams working and communicating during such times?
All online through slack, email and text – thank god we have the technology to make that work.
Systems and processes have seen new changes. Do you feel the new way of working will change the way we worked in offices?
I think that the pandemic has proven that just about anyone can work from home, there may be no looking back on that and a lot of creatives may be working remotely in the future.

How are you helping your local community during such times?
We’re offering free PR advice to not-for-profits and a 50% discount on PR911.biz for the duration of the pandemic. We’re also involved in a massive, pay what you can training initiative that will be launched in the next few weeks.
This is a once in a lifetime event for all of us, do share your reason for optimism?
I think the light at the end of the tunnel for all creatives is that all the companies that survive will need to aggressively promote once the smoke clears on COVID-19. So we could see an incredibly slow period of 6-12 months followed by an explosion of marketing and creative work.
