The Spark Behind the Business
“The day I landed in Canada, I decided to be extremely extroverted,” Divij says with a grin. “Since childhood, I’ve always wanted to be famous.” For Divij, starting a party-hosting company isn’t just a business move—it’s a step toward his ultimate goal of recognition and influence. “What motivates me the most is that this path aligns with my dream of becoming known, and at the same time, it lets me make people happy. Seeing people enjoy themselves at my events is incredibly rewarding.”
Blending Old and New: The Music Concept
Divij’s vision for his events stands out in Toronto’s bustling party scene. “I’m focusing on bolly-tech music, which mixes Bollywood vibes with modern beats,” he explains. His goal is to blend old-school classics with contemporary sounds, creating a fusion no one else has tackled in the same way. “I believe this fresh take will set me apart from other party companies. It’s about bringing nostalgia and innovation together on the dance floor.”
Facing the Competition
Toronto’s nightlife is competitive, and Divij knows it. “The biggest challenge will be breaking into such a saturated market,” he admits. But competition isn’t the only hurdle—building a solid team of promoters, DJs, designers, and production staff is another major task. “Managing everything myself, from team building to event execution, will definitely be tough. But I thrive under pressure, and I’m ready for it.”
Creative Meets Operational
When it comes to balancing creativity with logistics, Divij plans to set his events apart with unique themes and production. “Each event will be like a chapter in a series,” he says. With a distinct Indian touch, Divij envisions his parties as immersive experiences that transport guests to another world. “From the location to the visuals, I want every detail to feel special and unexpected.”
The Experience to Remember
For Divij, the ultimate goal is to create an experience his guests will never forget. “I want my audience to feel like they just watched a movie they didn’t want to end,” he explains. His parties will feature big DJ lineups and underground music vibes, giving partygoers something beyond the typical night out. “It’s about crafting moments that stick with people long after the party ends.”
With a bold vision and a passion for bringing joy to others, Divij Sukhwani is ready to redefine Toronto’s nightlife—one unforgettable party at a time.
